Return & Exchange Policy

At Turbo Fit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

6–8 Days Exchange Policy

We offer a 6–8 working days exchange policy on all products. You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. The timeline may vary depending on product and size availability.

Order Dispatch

  • All orders are dispatched within 4–8 working days, depending on product and size availability.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Exchanges are possible for both regular and sale items.

  • Sale items are not refundable. If your requested size is unavailable, you can select an alternate product of equal value.

Delivery Charges:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer: Customer pays PKR 399 replacement delivery charges.

  • Damaged or defective article received: Customer pays PKR 199 delivery charges.

  • Return orders (when customer doesn’t want the product): PKR 200 will be deducted from the refund to cover delivery costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via [WhatsApp / Email / Contact Form].

  2. Share your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only offered in the case of return orders (minus PKR 200 delivery deduction).

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong products, we provide exchanges only (not cash refunds).
